The general conditions
1. The purpose of registration on this web site is to make a group representation for interested persons (guest) in an electronic way (email).
2. Every person providing accomodation must accept general conditions (GC) and behave according to them.
3. All your dates must be true and you are responsible for your username and password as well. All the dates must be in Czech in advance. The web site owner can give the dates to other person, but only for the registration purpose and even in other language than the Czech one.
4 The web sites owner can release your accomodation service if you disturb the general conditions or do not pay a fee. Your fee can be increased then.
5. The web site owner can give to owners of accomodation all information about guests if the accomodation owner is properly registrated and gives an electronic order.
6. Furthermore, the accommodation provider undertakes to pay the set annual registration fee into the website operator’s account within 10 days from the registration implementation, if he chooses a fee other than CZK 0.00. Failure to settle the fee will result in the expiry of all the entitlements arising from these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and the website operator is entitled to cancel the registration immediately. Moreover, the accommodation provider undertakes to approve the reservation in the accommodation facility by the 3rd day of each calendar month. Should the accommodation provider fail to approve the reservation, which is to be approved, within the set period of time it will be presumed that the accommodation provider agrees with the past reservations and will be bound to pay the invoice for the relevant commission, which the website operator is entitled to.
7. All payments must be evidated in written form and given to the accomodation owner once a month.
8. These GC are necessary to keep between the web site owner and the accomodation owner. They can be changed January 1 of each year.
9. Relationship without these GC in accordance law with 513/1991 of the List of Civil Rights.
10. These GC are valid from April 1, 2008.
